This book describes briefly the issues and research agendas in service organizations in Malaysia. To survive in the dynamic and competitive service environement, there is an ultimate necessity for services players to build a competitive edge and enhancing tehir services. This book is divided into four parts and contain eight chapters. The first part focuses on the hotel industry, followed by the education and government services, business services and transport and logistics. The content of this book comprised of research studies by lecturers at Faculty of Economics, Accountancy and Management Sciences at Sultan Zainal Abidin University (UniSZA). The chapter is based on the empirical study in Malaysia nconducted by our lecturers. Among the issues and research agendas are market orientation, brand orientation, brand performancerelationship marketing, emotional intelligence and commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour, job satisfaction, occupational safety and health, consulting services, work-family conflict and issues and challenges in halal logistic management. As a whole, all the issues and research agendas discussedin this book can provide informative literature to students, graduates students, academicians, researchers as well as managers in the related industry.
